Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to cancel an order, and this policy outlines the process and conditions for doing so.  

Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped — whichever occurs first.   

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.   

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may choose to return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

At this time, we do not allow modifications to order details such as products or delivery addresses once an order is placed. If you need to make changes, you may cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
