Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact. Return requests must be raised within the applicable return window from the delivery date. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection. The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used during purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once the order is shipped.
Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days from the time of dispatch, depending on your location. Timelines may vary due to courier schedules, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You can place a return request if the product meets return eligibility.
