Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our platform. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.  

Shipping Locations  

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping.  

Processing Time  

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.    
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details.  

Delivery Timeline  

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–8 business days, ensuring your selected products reach you promptly and securely.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to our warehouse.    
Customers may contact us to request a re-delivery once the issue is resolved.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order arrives damaged, please inform our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and include clear photographic evidence.    
In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund after verifying the matter with our courier partner.
